Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping times vary by destination, carrier, and product type. We do not make delivery time guarantees — your tracking information will give you the most accurate estimate once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and your chosen shipping method. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use the tracking number to follow your shipment directly on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status on our order tracking page.

International orders

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your secure download link within minutes of purchase. Download links are valid for 7 days — please save your files immediately after downloading.

There are no returns or refunds on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we will replace or refund it. Here's what to do:

Please note: minor color variation between your screen and the printed product is normal and is not considered a defect.

Returns — physical items

Custom orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If there is a defect in the final product, we will work with you to make it right.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. Contact us at storagecups@gmail.com to open a claim.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and your building. If it is still missing, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
