By accessing or purchasing from rootednet.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Who we are

RootedNet Studio is an independent art studio selling original art prints, digital downloads, apparel, and homeware. All artwork is created by RootedNet Studio unless otherwise stated.

2. Products

All physical products are reproductions of original artworks. We do not sell original sketches or paintings — those remain the property of the artist. Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only.

• Product images are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly between screens and printed output.
• For on-demand products, minor variations in color and texture are normal and not considered defects.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's sole responsibility.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and refunds

• Digital downloads: All sales are final. No refunds once a file has been downloaded or the download link accessed.
• Damaged or defective physical items: We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or with a print defect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
• Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind on any product.
• Custom orders: Non-refundable once production has begun.
• Wholesale orders: Damaged items are assessed case by case. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of RootedNet Studio and are protected by copyright law.

• Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that item for personal purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any artwork or content without express written permission from RootedNet Studio.
• Digital downloads are licensed for personal use and personal printing only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized reproduction of any artwork — digital or physical — is a violation of copyright law and will be pursued accordingly.

7. Wholesale

• Wholesale orders require a minimum of 30 pieces.
• Full payment is required upfront before production begins.
• Wholesale pricing is provided on request via email — no pricing is guaranteed until confirmed in writing by RootedNet Studio.
• Wholesale buyers may not reproduce, sub-license, or resell digital files included with any product.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RootedNet Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
